WHAT WE REQUIRED FROM YOU?

One full set of final blueprints. The legal description of the subject property (typically Lot, Block and Plan Number). The Name and Mailing Address of the person or Company who will be responsible for payment of services. Daytime phone number and Fax number if available.

PLOT PLAN

Required by the City or County in order to issue a Development Permit:

An outline of the perimeter of your new home on your lot typically showing correct setback and sideyards as well as location of Utilities and Design Elevations (if available) on the property. Plot Plans are drawn in the order they are received and generated as quickly as possible. Upon completion you will be notified and they can be picked up at Reception, mailed out or emailed.

STAKEOUT

Required by your Excavator and Cribber in order to correctly position your home on the property. A physical placement of stakes on the property to show where the basement is to be dug and poured. When you have your development permit and/or architectural approval, call to book your stakeout, as much in advance as possible. (Notice required varies with workload volume)

REAL PROPERTY REPORT

Often required by banks in order to provide mortgages, and/or required by the buyer when purchasing a property. A pictorial representation of the actual location of improvements on the property. When your home is built, call to book your Real Property Report. Allow 6 weeks for completion.

“WE PROVIDE A PACKAGE PRICE FOR THE ABOVE STANDARD PRODUCTS AT A COST SAVINGS OF APPROXIMATELY 23%, WHEN PERFORMED IN AN ORDERLY AND TIMELY MANNER. (Billing for the full package will be processed once the Stakeout is complete).”

BY THAT WE MEAN

Adjustments within reason to the Plot Plan are generally done at no additional cost to you. Additional field trips to your site at your request are charged out to you at $150.00/hour. Real Property Reports should be ordered within 12 months of package purchase on order, to guarantee the discounted package price.
